**Role and Responsibilities**

* Responds to customer inquiry through a ticketing system, telephone or e-mail

* Assist in determining material requirements

* Fulfill requests from Hotels by entering stock requests, requisitions and purchase orders

* Expedite and follow-up on technical and non-technical issues

* Resolves complex or unusual requests and problems that may require a customized response and communicates solution or requested information to the customer.

* Analyze a customers service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed.

* Provide updates to other internal teams on customer needs and factors that contribute to customer satisfaction.

* Contact suppliers to research products, obtain parts list and pricing for non-stocking materials

* Review specifications for special ordered materials.

* Request new specifications from Ownership groups Interior Designers.

* Research materials previously ordered by hotels; including renovations and new construction materials.

* Knowledge of Drury Brands Standard, Drury Hotels Procedures, DI Supply Procedures, etc.

* Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

* Experience in SAP database entry, retrieval, and report preparation (preferred).

* Experience in Workday database a plus

* Effective working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; SAP a plus.

* Possesses strong internet research skills in order to provide information on projects & reports.

* Proficient in multiple competencies relevant to the job.

* Hotel experience would be a plus

* Minimum of 3-years customer service experience preferred.
