**Job Family Summary**

Responsible for leading the Field Construction Project Management team for a large amount of retail locations and other ventures.

**Job Summary**

Responsible for leading a facility project management team that manages the new, relocations, remodels, and closing of retail locations. Also responsible for managing services related to expense planning, general contractor, permits, architecture, life safety, vendor, scheduling and project management. Support and work with engineers, construction and lease managers while servicing owned/leased locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manages human resources that manage projects

* Create consistent country wide processes and practices to reduce cost, manage efficiencies, and create streamlined processes

* Analyze site projects, recommend and implement changes where necessary in keeping with current work place standards

* Participate in site planning activities with business relationships

* Support the operation of each facility by development of RFPs, solicitation of competitive bids, analyses, negotiating and awarding of contracts; review services and vendors periodically to ensure quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness

* Manage project budget expenses to include the review and approval of leadership

* Perform location inspections as needed

* Oversight for physical office relocations managed by team

* Support the budgeting process

* Partner with the business unit to create process improvements

* Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our business partners

* Travel as needed to conduct site assessment visits, manage projects as required and visit direct reports

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience**

* Bachelors Degree

* Seven (7) plus years experience in a facilities related field

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Interact with all levels of employees and vendors

* Strategic decision maker

* Working knowledge of floor plans, construction, architecture, leases, work order systems, budgets and building maintenance

* Organizational skills, decisive, conflict resolution, time management, problem solver
