Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel to meet production targets and deadlines
- Implement and enforce lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and minimize waste
- Utilize ERP software to track and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 certification requirements and maintain necessary documentation
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process enhancements
- Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications - Proficient in using ERP software for production planning and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing them
- Prior experience with ISO 9001 certification and maintaining related documentation
- Proven ability to effectively schedule production activities to meet customer demands
- Excellent analytical skills for high-level operations analysis and problem-solving
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate production personnel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
