About the Role & Company - Senior Accountant

• CFS New York is working with a stable beauty supply company looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team
• This is a newly created role and would be working hand in hand with the Controller
• They are expanding/growing very fast and launching into new markets
• They are currently working with over $80M in revenue getting closer and closer to the $100M mark
• Looking for someone work out of their office in North Wales, Pennsylvania

Role Responsibilities - Senior Accountant

• Ensure that monthly accounting entries are accurate and reconcile any discrepancies to facilitate month and year end close
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure that financial statements are in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Support completion of the external and internal annual audit of the company financial statements
  
  

Preferred Qualifications - Senior Accountant

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of Accounting Experience
• Experienced in financial audits, analysis and US GAAP principles
• Familiarity with ERP systems- SAP is a plus
