Are you a skilled Die Setter or Set Up Technician looking for an exciting DIRECT HIRE opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're seeking dedicated professionals to play a key role in meeting and exceeding plant goals at Commercial Plastics in Mora MN. As a Die Setter, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met, while optimizing press performance. If you have experience in manufacturing, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot independently, we want to hear from you!

Qualities for Success:
- 1+ year experience in manufacturing environment
- Previous injection plastics experience or Material Handling experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with touch screens
- Must be able to follow specifications, simple instructions, and setup sheets
- Ability to operate a hoist, crane, and fork lift (with company training)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures company standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded
- Cleans molding machines, machine equipment, and molds
- Completes needed documentation for set ups required including but not limited to assignment sheets and nozzle torque sheets
- Transfers molds as needed by utilizing overhead cranes, forklifts, and hoists
- Sets up molds in molding machine to include auxiliary equipment
