We are actively seeking a Assembler I to join our team located in Dedham, MA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00AM 3:30PM.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assemble products in accordance to specifications

Package products by utilizing the L-seal and heat tunnel equipment; print labels; and label product, box, and pack orders onto pallets

Accurately execute picking production orders (travel to another location may be required)

Maintain the production floor needs and organization

Assist with the new stock put-a-ways

Stuff products by accurately uniting fabricated products with their respective counterparts

Mechanical assembly, beanbag production

Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities and teams, including Kaizen activity

Cross training to:

o Foam cutting, fabrication, and gluing

o EquiFit agion mixed products

o Auto-bagging production and light maintenance

o MedTechna workload processing as required, including but not limited to: packaging, clicking, fabrication & molding

Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to speak, read, write, and understand instructions in English

Basic math skills

Ability to multi-task and detail oriented

Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Ability to work independently as well as be a team player

Ability to perform preventative maintenance on equipment and light repairs

Maintain a clean work area and report any safety conditions to manufacturing supervisor
