Lawn Doctor is actively seeking dedicated individuals passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. As customer-facing brand ambassadors, our Lawn Care Technicians are crucial in treating lawns with top-quality, environmentally sensitive products. They also perform tasks such as aerating and seeding lawns, handling shop work, and introducing new services to customers and prospects in the field.

A strong work ethic characterizes the ideal candidate for this position; holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, has reliable transportation to work, and maintains a solid attendance record. Previous experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. Moreover, the candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate enthusiasm for working outdoors in various weather conditions, exhibit proficiency in operating machinery, meet production goals consistently, and have the physical capability to lift over 50 pounds. Successfully passing a drug test and background check is also required.
A valid driver's license is a must for this position.
