**What were looking for**

Cross Rivers suite of flexible APIs allows its core banking solution, COS, to meet the needs of various fintech platforms. To enhance our core technology offering, we are looking for someone eager to join the team as a Support Specialist in a combined role that also carries some project implementation responsibilities.

As a support specialist, you will work on Tier 1 UI and API issues raised by our Operations teams and any of our fintech partners. Youll use your strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, deep diving into issues to identify root causes and provide solutions. You will participate in various COS projects in collaboration with COS developers and internal stakeholders, participate in user acceptance testing, expand our support team knowledge base, and coordinate with our technical writing team to enhance our technical documentation.

We will help you to build the in-depth product knowledge youll need to be effective in your role. During the first 45 days, you will be trained in-depth on our core and have hands-on involvement in day-to-day issue resolution. During this time, youll learn the ins & outs of COS and how its used by internal and external users.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide prompt response to requests for technical assistance raised by internal business units

* Diagnose and resolve API issues raised by partners

* Work independently within assigned priorities and project schedules

* Be willing to work outside of the standard business hours as necessary

* Monitor company communication channels for urgent issues

* Ability to multi-task while prioritizing service tickets accordingly

* Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and seek out resolution to technical issues

* Perform user acceptance testing related to feature releases and bug fixes
