**About the Team**

**Position Overview:** The Marketing Manager role will support the Retail Marketing team by managing the development of creative assets for strategic initiatives and assisting with execution of our retail marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will ensure creative consistency and help to streamline the process of promoting Fanatics Branded across all league and team partnerships, driving merchandise sales in our in-venue and special events business.

**Position Duties and Responsibilities:** Role reports to Senior Marketing Manager, In-Venue Retail Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager to deliver marketing materials for upcoming key activations Develop team-specific creative to help drive sales and IVR promotions Track theme & key date calendars, run merchandise buy reports & obtain product imagery for use in marketing materials Manage the execution of Fanatics campaigns, incorporating core photography, fixture programs and elevated graphics into Team Shops Upload and manage creative requests in Workzone, prioritizing tasks to meet delivery deadlines. Responsible for obtaining current brand guides & toolkits from IVR teams and managing a master of spec assets Work with print vendors to ensure timely delivery of graphics to Team Shops and Flagship stores, as needed Own the process for partner brand launch initiatives & work with business General Managers to leverage these external relationships for complimentary signage Support Senior Marketing Manager as needed with contractual partnership and discretionary marketing fund activations

**Required Skillsets** Ability to adapt to fast-paced timelines and schedules Must be proactive with a positive attitude, quick learner with strong information retention skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, & Excel; knowledge of BOX file-sharing tool a plus

**Previous Experience** 2-5 years experience in Marketing; experience in the sports industry or retail environment is preferred but not required
