**Job Title:** Inventory Clerk -Jacksonville Annex Distribution Operations

**Schedule:** Friday through Sunday 6:00 am - 4:40 pm plus 1 additional day (either Thursday or Monday)

**Primary Purpose:** To provide inventory analysis and support to Distribution Operations by coordinating with the teams responsible for Inbound Operations, Fulfillment, Shipping and Workflow.

**The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...**

* Maintain the accuracy of information in Item Master. Will partner with receiving to analyze new receipts and obtain critical dimensions and other pertinent information and enter into WM.

* Research issues with active inventory and outbound orders to identify and resolve root cause issues.

* Manage Cycle Count Program for Fulfillment.

* Assist in the monitoring and closing of tasks in the Workflow Helpdesk.

* Uses available tools to forecast needs and partners with Fulfillment to best determine storage strategies for new product being received.

* Researches issues with cartonization and weight variances to identify and resolve root cause issues.

* Monitors in-house and offsite inventory levels, ordering inventory as necessary to insure that the proper inventory is offsite to fulfill orders. Partners with the Reserve & Receiving teams to manage offsite transfers.

* Accurately updates and distributes required reporting.

* Assists in managing departmental volume flow and communicates gaps to ensure work is available and all areas are operational.

* Pro-active support in open order research and resolutions for open waves/orders.

* Involved in special projects, department enhancements, and supports leadership as needed.

* Provides back up support to peers and Team Leader as necessary.

* Maintains and updates documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.

**The accomplished individual will possess...**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* More than one year of experience in a clerical, customer service or related warehouse function.

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong decision-making, problem solving, organizational and follow up skills.

**An outstanding professional will have**

* College degree

* Three or more years of support roles within Logistics, Distribution or related warehouse functions
