Job Description Summary:
To Assist Yard Superintendent in Coordinating All Aspects of Equipment Management and Ensure Quality Work of Other Yard Field Personnel
Job Description:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ability to perform all Yard person II and Yard person III duties (refer to position descriptions)
Assist in processing telephone orders for tools and equipment
Fill tool and equipment orders for projects
Deliver tools and equipment to jobsites
Repair tools and equipment
Assure work quality of other yard field personnel
Maintain shops, warehouse and inventories in good working order
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years experience in construction equipment utilization
Practical knowledge of function, operation and maintenance of construction tools and equipment
Training in equipment repair or equivalent experience
Good construction technical skills
Effective written and verbal English communications skills
Problem solving ability and a strong sense of urgency
Valid driver's license

Compensation Range
Hourly Rate: $21.88 - $32.79
