The Food Preparation Coordinator will have direct responsibility for the coordination of all food services, including breakfast and lunch preparations, home meals, center snacks, and special events. Responsible for overseeing the daily duties of the kitchen staff, maintains records required for Food Safety and Sanitation, and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and ensures that all food preparation meets the standards and regulations.Minimum Requirements1. Food Safety Manager Certificate.2. BLS certification required.3. Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.4. A minimum of two years' experience working in any capacity in the Food Preparation department required; with the elderly population and their familiespreferably, in a community agency or health care setting preferred.5.
