**Description**
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
* Perform cycle counts as per schedules, analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and provide resolutions.
* Assist with preparation of physical inventory at year-end.
* Assist Inventory Supervisor with investigations on inaccurate inventories as found by normal cycle count & frozen bin process.
* Assist Inventory Supervisor with identifying process improvements in all activities related to inventory management.
* Follow up of BOM issues causing inventory discrepancies.
* Assist Inventory Supervisor with daily dock audits, investigate discrepancies, and follow up with warehouse, shipping, and customer
* service as necessary.
* Clerical function of fixing errors related to overbuilt issues, and other transactional errors (systematic adjustments/cycle counts).
* Evaluate negative inventories, investigate and correct.
* Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
**EDUCATION:**
***Education:*** High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
***Experience:***Forklift/order picker certification required, swing reach certification a plus.
***Computer Skills***: Reebs Warehouse Management System, Handheld Scanners, Excel
