****OVERVIEW:****
Our client is a growing P&C insurance company looking for a committed policy processor/customer service representatives to work under the Personal Umbrella business. In this role, you will specialize and build expertise in the insurance industry by assisting in a variety of behind-the-scenes clerical tasks for the company.
****RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:****
* Discuss policy status and plan eligibility with clients.
* File, fill out, and verify necessary forms and documents.
* Answer phone calls and emails as expected.
* Help process, modify, and update insurance claims, policies, applications.
* Assist customers by binding policies on behalf of carriers.
* Respond and handle any inquiries from clients in a productive and professional manner.
* Submitting accurate data entry.
****QUALIFICATIONS:****
* Great verbal communication skills.
* Computer skills
* Some knowledge of insurance and processing
* Great at multitasking and staying organized
* Previous office and/or customer service experience
* Bachelors Degree is a plus but not required
