**Assistant Manager - Mortgage Loan Servicing**
The Assistant Mortgage Servicing Manager coordinates the work of the mortgage servicing team, and assists the AVP - Mortgage Servicing with procedures, compliance, and projects. Oversees functional areas and provides supervision for Mortgage Loan Servicers. Provides coaching and operational assistance in areas as needed. Ensures timely service delivery to members, utilizing appropriate staffing levels to efficiently exceed member needs.
* Oversees the day-to-day operations, quality control, and efficiency levels of the Mortgage Loan Servicing area. Writes and updates procedures and checklists to increase operational efficiency.
* Prioritizes the workflow for the Servicing Team and completes scheduling to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet service standards.
* Supervises, educates, and coaches crewmembers to attain goals and objectives. Counsels designated crewmembers as needed up to and including performance management.
* Addresses member escalations as necessary. Reviews mortgage surveys and performs service recovery or crew recognition.
* Maintains a current knowledge of regulations relating to Mortgage, Home Equity, and Investor Servicing requirements. Researches and advises changes as necessary.
**Education & Experience:**
* 2 years' Mortgage Servicing experience preferred; 2 years' management experience is required
* Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Attention to detail is critical for success in this role
