**Responsibilities**
The Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher is responsible for communication between customers and service technicians. Providing exceptional customer service and facilitating technicians' work routes.
* Outbound calls to customers to schedule maintenance
* First person to answer the phone and schedule maintenance.
* Front Desk/Office Duties/ Greeting customers
* Manage multiple phone lines & multi-task between calls and service orders.
* Provide backup to Dispatcher when needed
* Additional office duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* 1-3 years of experience in an HVAC setting a plus
* Minimum 4 years of customer service experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with in depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
* High School Diploma required
