We have an opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of **Assistant Restaurant Manager** at Rockpool Bar & Grill Melbourne on a Full-Time basis.

* Previous experience in a management role within a premium dining environment
* A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a fine dining culinary journey
* Knowledge and passion to learn current food and beverage trends

**About the Role**
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
* Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
* Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture
*Salary $62,500 $75,000 pending qualifications and experience*
