**Shipping / Warehouse Associate**
**Boulder, Colorado**
**What youll be doing**
* Auditing and reporting inventory while making recommendations to eliminate errors.
* Direct flow of daily work to team, track productivity and quality of work and ensure all work is complete on a daily basis.
* Establishing and updating shipping processes and protocols to achieve an efficient work environment.
* Supporting team goals in collaboration with management and other team leads.
* Monitoring workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve team efficiency.
* Communicating with other departments to ensure orders are shipped accurately and timely.
* Monitoring customer exceptions and finding ways to automate when possible.
* Leading and contributing on projects.
* Measure and monitor daily performance and KPIs.
**What you need to bring to the table**
* ERP experience.
* Forklift / pallet jack experience.
* 2 + years working in a manufacturing warehouse.
* Familiarity with International and Domestic shipping.
* Positive attitude, good work ethic.
* Technological aptitude.
* Problem solving / root cause analysis.
* Team leadership and familiarity with multiple functions (logistics / inventory management / ERP)
* Availability to work core hours from 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
* Safe warehousing practices.
* Strong communication skills.

* Excel knowledge.
