JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Maintenance Technician
Department: Operations
Reports To: Joshua Crabtree
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Hourly
Purpose:
Individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment including general facility maintenance.
Duties:
- Be able to fix/issues in a timely and safe manner.
- Provide knowledge in improve safety/efficiency within the company.
- Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation
- Be willing to help in production or shipping if needed temporarily
Skills:- Positive attitude
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Self-motivated & able to work independently
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Safety operates a forklift and scissor lift
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Working knowledge of 480-volt 3 phase power, motor starters, and variable frequency drives
- Read and interpret product manuals and electrical schematics
- Fabrication skills (preferred)
- Plumbing skills (preferred)
- HVAC skills (preferred)
Requirements
Experience:
Stable work history
Industrial maintenance: 5+ years (preferred)
Electrical experience: 5+ years (preferred)
Education:
High School Diploma (required)
College Degree (preferred)
