We are looking for a smart, skilled and creative Warehouse Coordinator who wants to join a dynamic, industry-leading company as a key team member. The WH Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations management and maintenance of our Los Angeles headquarters warehouse. Responsibilities often include fulfillment of outbound parcels or palletied cargo, coordination of inbound or outbound shipments, returns inspection and refurbishing, maintenance of inventory levels, records and databases, communication of inventory movement to key stakeholders, and general facility management, as outlined by the Director of Logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate incoming deliveries to our Los Angeles headquarters.

* Inspect and ensure quality of incoming inventory

* Prepare daily fulfillment documents, identifying any issues and escalating for resolution when needed

* Pick and prepare orders to be shipped

* Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments

* Ensure shipping counts match the order documents

* Process and provide necessary paperwork for shipments

* Load and unload deliveries

* Allocate and Organize storage locations according to requirements

* Mark inventory with identifying information

* Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts

* Update and maintain storage database

* Coordinate with Supply Chain team to replenish inventory

* Log inbound and outbound activity as needed

* Confirm receipt of returns to customer service, or receipt of other deliveries to stakeholders

* Receive, inspect, sort and refurbish customer returns

* Log returns inspections results for Customer Care

* Report any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received

* Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures

* Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards

* Maintain a clean and orderly storage area and workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

* High school diploma

* Inventory control experience and a familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) technology

* Proficiency in relevant computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Google Suite (Google Sheets)

* Certified and able to safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

* Solid problem solving skills with numeracy skills

* Detail-oriented with genuine concern for maintaining high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency and documentation

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment with a sense of urgency

* Able to lift and move inventory weighing 50 - 100 lbs, able to bend and stretch to complete tasks, and be able to stand for prolonged periods
