Requirements
Responsibilities
- Market and show vacant units to potential tenants
- Collect monthly rent
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Conduct property inspections
- Handle lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with local rental laws and regulations
Skills and Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager
- Knowledge of property management software and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
