East Coast location required, Charlotte, NC, or Boston, MA a plus.
Your daily tasks will entail:
- Acting as the "voice of the customer" within our organization
- Executing primary research (internal and external) to gain insights into customers and prospects
- Integrating findings from cross-functional teams
- Generating and prioritizing growth ideas based on research insights
- Improving the customer experience through research-driven initiatives
- Fostering a stronger culture of customer-centricity within the organization
What we expect from you: - Extensive primary customer research experience: qualitative & quantitative
- Knowledge of the US eCommerce Market
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and results-driven mindset
- Ability to balance data orientation with creative instincts
- Experience with both consumer and SMB audiences
- Quarterly visits to Riga office
- Proficient in global, distributed work environments
Background in custom print/apparel and content creator spaces will be considered as an advantage.
