**Description**
**Safety**
* Follows plant safety procedures and guidelines
* Know emergency procedures and what to do in the event of power outages, machine failures, workplace injuries, etc.
* Wears and utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
* Informs supervisor of safety issues; reports any workplace injury or incident immediately
**Task**
* Maintains accuracy of raw material, packaging and finished goods inventory
* Initiates and administers a cycle count program within the manufacturing warehouse; records results and investigates inventory discrepancies; assesses operational issues causing discrepancies
* Assists in developing, implementing and training employees on inventory standard operating procedures.
* Audits consumption of raw materials and delivery of finished goods to prevent inventory discrepancies.
* Conducts in depth research to reconcile inventory discrepancies within ERP and physical stock locations.
* Monitors inventory accuracy at external warehouses
* Travels to external warehouses to conduct inventory spot checks
* Develops and monitors optimized inventory bin utilization to support logistics requirements
* Performs other projects and assignments as needed
**Qualifications**
1.Willingness to work and follow written/verbal instructions
2.Intermediate computer skills
3.Works within established procedures with moderate degree of supervision
4. Three to five years of inventory control/cycle counting or general warehouse administrative experience
5. Must be able to read, write and speak English
6. High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
