**Position Profile**
The Fulfillment and Inventory Coordinator assists in pulling, manifesting and organizing medicated/non-medicated product for distribution and delivery to Chalice Farms and 3rd Party dispensaries.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
Perform quality assurance checks ensure that packaged product has the correct quantity, is not damaged, leaking, broken, and is labeled properly
Complete compliance checks ensure that packaged product has an associated Metrc tag, proper lab testing, required label information and that potency amounts do not exceed OLCC requirements
Ensure medicated and non-medicated inventory is stored in a clean and organized manner
Perform required data entry and manifesting of medicated product to be delivered
Assist in end of month audit counts and coordinate with production staff to ensure that any product being used on the last day of the month is pulled prior to counting so that they are accurate
Package customer orders according to submitted order documents and established internal processes
Perform daily cycle counts and product quality control inspections
Ensure workspace cleanliness allow time to ensure that area is free of debris, Metrc tags, medicated product and other packaging materials are stored before leaving the facility.
Perform other duties as assigned miscellaneous projects occur occasionally in the warehouse
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
**Qualifications**
Warehouse, Fulfillment, and/or Inventory experience preferred
Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Metrc preferred
Experience working in the cannabis industry is a plus
Valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit or ability to obtain prior to beginning work with the company
Must be able to effectively prioritize and organize projects to ensure timely product fulfillment to customers
**Competencies**
Managing Change orders, customer requests and supporting the sales staff is an ever-evolving process. Being able to adjust and maneuver this environment successfully is important
Attention to Communication using multiple avenues to convey thoughts or ideas in regard to our process
Written Communication an extension to the above
Initiative Identifying tasks, and taking them on independently based upon what needs to be accomplished
Teamwork assist any and all members of the team when necessary to complete warehouse projects. This includes but is not limited to helping the Warehouse General Manager, Assistant Warehouse Manager, Inventory Coordinator, Return Coordinator, Sales Support, Fulfillment Specialist and Procurement Specialist
Thoroughness Accuracy and attention to detail is of the utmost importance in everything that is Golden

* This position is in a general warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise.
* Frequently stand and/or sit for 6+ hours at a time.
* Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, in multi-temperature environments ranging from 60F to 100F.
