The Office of EL Services is seeking to hire 3 curriculum writers for specific Project GLAD curricular support this summer. Work will focus on standards alignment and online resource management.Project 1:Update 5th Grade Electricity UnitWriters selected for this project will take an existing 4th grade Electricity Demonstration unit and update it to meet 5th grade Science standards. This 40-hour curriculum writing project will involve writing and creating resources to be used in a Project GLAD 4-Day Classroom Demo. This curriculum writing experience will focus on alignment with new 5th grade science standards following the Project GLAD Demo unit requirements.Qualifications: Writers chosen will be expected to show evidence of having been trained or qualified in the below initiatives.
