This "hands-on" management support position is designed for someone who is looking to build their leadership and influence at our restaurant, lead people, and grow professionally & personally.
Responsibilities:
- Works with Leadership to execute improvements to close operational gaps.
- Demonstrates a passion for knowledge and has a constant learner mindset.
- Follows all processes without taking shortcuts.
- Can effectively communicate shift and business needs, identify gaps and offer feedback to help other's grow.
- Can demonstrate impact during shift operations and problem solve when working with others.
- "Hands-on" training in all shift operations of the restaurant to increase knowledge and gain experience on how to effectively run a multi-million dollar business
- Providing the highest quality customer service to all guests
- Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant
- Leading a team of 10-20+ by inspiring & motivating, coaching mindset, and holding others accountable to our standards
- Maximizing productivity while maintaining 5 star service, quality and cleanliness
- Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety

Requirements - High school diploma or associate's degree (preferred)
- A positive attitude

- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Flexible availability from 30 - 35 hours/week
