**Warehouse Shipping Clerk**
Warehouse - dispatch Brockton, Massachusetts Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **$17.00** * Adherence to all policies in the employee handbook

Performance/ Education Requirements
* Wash parts from customer orders, including but not limited to CPU orders, deliveries and counter sales
* Inspect all materials to ensure inventory accuracy and quality standards
* Check in incoming material from Fed EX/ UPS/Common Carriers
* Check in parts arriving from other yards
+ Any parts not meeting our quality standards are to be brought to the salespersons and dispatchers attention
+ Clean and strip parts from other yards to meet our quality standards in preparation for delivery and customer pickup
* Prepare UPS, FedEx shipments to retail and wholesale customers
* Prepare LTL shipments and coordinate pickups with Dispatcher
* Assist the dispatcher with return process for brokered parts
* Maintain a weekly supply list to ensure no down time
* Maintain pressure washer water levels, perform weekly and monthly deep cleans following procedure outlined
* Maintain water oil heater and levels
* Maintain compressor in wash bay
* Assist other operational areas as time permits
* DailyResponsibilities
* Wash, mark, stamp all engines, transmissions, transfer cases going out for delivery next day
* Ship small parcel parts as parts are pulled and orders are processed
* Maintain wash bay line up and front of pad cleanliness
* Maintain a clean work area inside wash bay
Grade all incoming parts from vendors and document on invoices

Deep clean of parts washer machine
GeneralRequirements
? Maintain a neat and clean appearance
? Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
? Computer experience including:
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Yard Management Software (Pinnacle, Hollander, Check Mate)
* Shipping software (FedEx Shipmanager, UPS, EasyShipper)
* Dealership Parts/Service Software
* ToolRequirements
