OverviewA Sanitation Team Member is generally responsible for cleaning the facility, equipment, common areas, loading docks and exterior grounds.Responsibilities Include:Follow Brand cleaning standardsFollow food safety standardsClean equipment following specific cleaning procedures for each type of equipmentProper use of cleaning chemicals and toolsWashing racks, baskets, pans, and other production toolsCleaning and sanitizing truck boxesFiltering and boiling out fryersMaintain a people focused culture in the bakeryCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersEducation/Experience:NoneKey CompetenciesWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeAttention to detailPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingLifting objects including boxes, baskets and pails up to 50 lbs (if applicable)Strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing PracticesMany Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
