**Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative**
* Responsible for contributing to the overall success of the company by supporting the day-to-day running of the Warehouse. Liaising with other warehouse operatives and Line Manager, to maintain a smooth flow of work throughout the shift.
* Generating picking lists then Order picking from locations around the warehouse packing product ready for shipping to the customers.
* Follow accurately Work instruction training received to maintain compliance to ensure accurate completion of all WH duties.
* This list is not exhaustive and the position holder may be required to carry out any task which the Company might reasonably require you to do.
* General housekeeping duties to include Health and Safety at work.
**Qualifications and requirements of a Warehouse Operative**
* Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
* Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative.
* Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to solve problems.
* Must comply and be participative in a health & safety culture, complying with H&S and other related company processes, procedures and instructions
