Ensure the safety of class participants and promote an effective, well-balanced group program. Understand and enforce rules and regulations governing the conduct of patrons and facility emergency procedures. Respond to public needs in a courteous manner and report comments/complaints regarding facility, staff or patrons to Fitness Director. Minimum Training and Experience Current certification in CPR/PR, First Aid, ACSM, ACE or AFAA, ICSA or the equivalent preferred but not required. Good communication skills. Previous experience in teaching preferred.
