Job Description:
- This position is responsible for the retrieval and control of Raw Material for the daily line functions in manufacturing.
- Daily cleaning of kitting areas including removal of cardboard and trash.
- And any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities including the following. (Other duties may be assigned).
- Pull raw material from the warehouse for manufacturing.
- Empty large trash and cardboard bins.
- Sweep floors to maintain proper housekeeping requirement.
- Pull pallets to lines from staging area.
- Attends training sessions as directed.
- Helps train production operators as directed.

- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack to move inventory throughout the kitting processes.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- One or more years of warehouse and manufacturing experience preferred.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to supervisor, management and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to complete basic math calculations. Convert English units of measure to metric.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense when carrying out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
- Ability to be a self-starter with the initiative to perform job responsibilities without direct supervision.
- Accuracy, completeness and attention to detail are essential.
Physical Demands:
- The employee is often required to stand and reach with hands and arms and lifts and/or moves up to 30 pounds.
- Employee is required to meet with other personnel in other areas of the building.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
- Employee is required to operate all types of material handling equipment.
Work Environment:
- A person in this job will occasionally be exposed to moderate to occasionally loud noise and will work near moving equipment.
- This is a manufacturing warehouse environment.
