CNC Machinists - Solon, OH - JOB 24-00500
Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.
A North East Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire a 2 nd Shift CNC Machinist. Candidates must have previous experience with set up, program editing, G&M Coding and operation of CNC Vertical Machining Centers; specifically, Okuma Howa. This machine shop is based on quality and not quantity. This company is only seeking candidates interested in a long-term position. Previous experience working as a Grinder is strongly desired.
Flexible 2 nd Shift Four 10 Hour Days a week and possible over time on the 5th day if necessary. Ideal hours: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Top level candidates may be considered for first shift.

REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate or Equivalent or Trade School desired.
- Must be able to perform set up, program editing and operation of CNC machining centers.
- Seeking candidates that can perform CNC milling & grinding.
- Understand CNC wheel dressing procedures.
- Working knowledge of Fanuc controls.
- G&M Coding programming experience is required.
- Able to read blueprints and measure with standard gauges.
- Able to drive a forklift and operate an overhead crane in a safe manner.
- Must have experience with CNC Vertical Machining Centers; specifically, Okuma Howa.
- Knowledge of Chevalier CNC Surface Grinders
- Plusses: CAD or CAM experience, Welding & Milling.
