SR Manager of Marketing & Customer Experience


Job Details

As Holts Sr. Manager of Marketing & CX, you will lead a team of five in the creation and implementation of brand and customer experience initiatives, as well as strategic marketing plans for our new home communities. You will drive marketing execution with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the teams contributions are delivered on-strategy, on-time and on-budget.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Lead, develop and inspire a talented and motivated marketing team

* Create and launch strategic brand and marketing initiatives for our portfolio of new homes and communities with a primary goal of delivering *quality* leads to our sales team

* Develop advertising plans, media strategy and spend for new communities across paid, owned and earned channels to move buyers through the purchase funnel

* Produce regular reporting on marketing effectiveness, including ROI on media spend, lead attribution and key conversion metrics

* Review customer surveys and gather feedback to identify trends and patterns of customer preferences and potential gaps in execution

* Manage the brand development process for new communities

* Oversee Holts content development plan, including all printed and digital collateral and blogs used to educate, inform, engage and manage customers through their home buying/ownership journey

* Provide creative direction and consistent activation of the Holt brand with consistent application across internal & external touchpoints (e.g. events, signage, advertising, model staging).

* Collaborate with Home Build, Warranty and Sales departments to deliver a best in class experience for Holt Homes buyers, including the training of sales agents and field staff about our brand, processes, value proposition and competitive advantage

* Guide agency partners, vendors and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties and all projects are working toward the same priorities.

* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with PR firms and local media to maximize brand presence

* Collect and review market insights and homebuyer trends, monitor competitive landscape to identify and support new product, amenity, and campaign / promotional opportunities

* Develop annual marketing calendar of events, support sales team in execution of community launch and buyer and co-op agent outreach

* Oversee the annual marketing and CX budget

* Turn marketing data into actionable insights that drive better media planning, performance, and efficiencies to convert online and community visitor traffic into sales

* Establish and identify communicate timelines, priorities, and deliverables to all stakeholders to ensure goals are met

* Provide marketing and design expertise to other departments as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Minimum of 8 years experience in media, marketing, public relations or advertising, preferably with a real estate or homebuilder focus

* Experience in a management role, leading a team and developing/inspiring team members

* Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and establish trust at all levels of the organization

* Strong understanding of the homebuilding industry (standards, practices, and processes) and of the Pacific Northwest real estate landscape

* Fluent in all modern marketing and advertising platforms, with expertise across Paid, Owned and Earned channels and Customer Acquisition Strategies

* Ability to use sales and marketing data to inform, develop and refine strategy and execution

* Proven experience building marketing programs and reporting on the results

* Strong problem-solving ability and metrics-driven thinking

* Positive attitude and ability to multi-task, prioritize and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of HubSpot and Qualtrics a plus

* We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve business goals

**COMPENSATION**
