Primarily responsible for overseeing and directing the Companys inventory accounting, including the production of reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the Companys reported financial results, and ensure the results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Also responsible for additional accounting functions, including internally developed software, managing general ledger and other areas as needed. Assists with financial and variance analyses and with budget preparation. Assists with cash-flow analysis and forecasting. Provides managers with information necessary for decision-making. Directs, trains, supervises, and appraises accounting personnel.
