**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* High Volume Requires High Energy individuals-We provide as many opportunities as you can work

* Ability to achieve success and sales goals with good closing percentages

* Handle all incoming internet email leads, calls, and text

* Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner

* Aid customers in the vehicle buying experience, using product knowledge and expertise to be a sounding board

* Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

* Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately

* Respond to incoming leads quickly and efficiently, helping to advance deals

* Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity

* Manage lead generation process

* Develop and maintain Customer Base--We provide the opportunities--Your job will be to Provide the cusotmer service and ongoing communication

* Overall CRM usage

* Keep up with Training standards and OEM product standards

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* Superior communication skills, both oral and written

* Outstanding organizational skills

* Ability to make a friend

* Use of Social Media and Video Tech a plus
