Marcum Search is working with a Law firm in Beverly Hills to find a Defense Attorney with 20 years of experience and expertise with Worker s Compensation to work on matters relating to a national carrier providing excess reimbursement policies to qualified self-insureds providing workers compensation insurance for their employees. Direct hire and contract attorneys will be considered.
Required
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- CA Bar license
- At least 20 years of experience
- Expertise workers compensation
- Insurance Coverage experience is a plus
- Professional writing samples specific to the position being applied to

For job requisitions posted to certain locations, Marcum Search is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range. This compensation range is specific to certain locations and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Estimated Salary range is between $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
