**Inventory/Dealer Trade/Wholesales/New Car DMV Processing Specialist**

**General Expectations**
Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers.
Reports to work on time and ready to work with a positive attitude.
Determine management, production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.

**Job-Specific Expectations**
Manage Inventory
Add all units into CDK sales/accounting
Create Inventory labels/jackets
Reconcile Inventory schedules
Process Purchase of vehicles
Review DMV paperwork on in stock units
Dealer Trade
Handle all accounting:
Payable and Receivable of Dealer Trades
Manage MSO
Reconcile schedule
Wholesales
Handle All Accounting:
Receivable of all Wholesale units
Complete DMV paperwork on wholesale unit
Reconcile schedule
New Car DMV Processing
Prepare New Car Report of Sale
Reconcile schedule
Use AVRS portal for processing
