**What you will do:**

Part of automotiveMasterminds success is attributed to our unique culture and One Team philosophy. The Dealer Relations Associate will embody this philosophy and act as an extension of our Dealer Relations Team by providing support in any/all necessary administrative and dealer partner outreach functions. Based out of our London, Ontario office, the Dealer Relations Associate will act as a virtual resource to our Directors, Dealer Relations and Dealer Relations Managers within 1 regional market.

The Dealer Relations Associate is a call-center position requiring daily attendance on site in our London, Ontario office and requires some domestic travel when/where necessary. The Dealer Relations Associate reports to our Director, Partner Success.

**Responsibilities:**

* Clear roadblocks for DRMs to enable them to focus their energy on working with KDMs in the dealership

* Execute Site Launches for all Mastermind Launches

* Review Site prior to Launch to ensure all necessary links, notifications and data feeds are working

* Execute New User Virtual Training (New User, Best Practice, ad-hoc on demand)

* Site Configuration Data Entry (PMC Prep such as discounts, MSRP adjustments, Custom Model-Mapping, Trade Book Adjustments, Pre-Owned APRs, PS Lines)

* Administrative Support (Trim Confirmations, Support Ticket Creation and Follow-up, OEM Co-Op, Performance EyeQ Report Generation

* Review Performance Insights to identify issues, inaccuracies and identify possible attribution concerns

* Help provide Performance Insight Data as well as prepare PowerPoint Decks for Non-Managed Groups

* Coordinate, manage, and escalate dealer support tickets for DRMs and follow up to ensure completion

* Track and record all communication and activity within company CRM (Salesforce)

* Attend all Team calls, record minutes, builds PPTs as needed

* Provide weekly status reports to the Director, Dealer Success as well as DRM and executive level summaries to the regional area manager leadership team

* Support 1 Director of Dealer Relations and their Dealer Relations Managers

**Who you are:**

* Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field

* 3-?5 years professional experience w orking in sales, m arketing or custom er service in a softw are or automotive retail environment

* Minimum 2 years working in a high-volume client support or onboarding role

* Experience working with CRM tools, Salesforce and are at ease with technology

* Experience delivering online training to clients with a software product

* Established ability to work in a client ticketing system resolving tier 1 and tier 2 tickets

* Strong interest in evolving into a field client relations position

* Think quickly on your feet and handle ambiguity

* Strong attention to detail

* Communicate well both orally and in writing and demonstrate business and financial acumen in your daily work

* Know how to establish rapport and develop meaningful relationships with your clients

* Strong aptitude for problem solving, including research and cross departmental collaboration

* Proactively solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions and resolve issues in a non-?confrontational w ay

* Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize your work

* Regularly assess your own performance and adapt your work to achieve better results
