** Summer Help - Substation Lawn Care/General Laborer**

To provide the labor, knowledge and craftsmanship for work in the construction and maintenance of the electric system. To work on lawn care at DEA substations and elsewhere; to insure that they are mowed, landscaped and clean. To work with the supervisor to ensure trees, shrubs, and landscaping stay well maintained. Employee may also be asked to perform duties in the warehouse as needed. **Responsibilities**
Educational Experience Key Competencies Driving with a trailer and successful completion of the DCTC training.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Lifting requirements may include lifting materials that weigh 0 to 50 pounds on a frequent basis througho ut the day. Lifting up to 85 pounds on an occasional basis is also required. While retrieving and moving warehouse materials, the summer help person is required to reach for boxes on shelves 56 inches above ground. The majority of tasks in the warehouse are completed while standing or walking on concrete. The summer help person is standing or walking 90 to 95% of the time. *(All duties should be considered essential functions per the Americans with Disabilities Act.)*
