**Job Skills / Requirements**
**Job Duties:**
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:
* Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facility
* Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
* Initial and ongoing training of staff
* Managing multiple buildings
* Conducting quality control inspections
* Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
**Hourly Rate:** $20
**Shift:** Monday thru Friday 5pm-1am, flexibility a must, some weekends needed

**Requirements:**
* You **must** be 18 years old
* A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
* Drug screen required
* Previous supervisor experience
* COVID-19 vaccine
