We get very busy with work in the mornings and are unable to give Westin the quality learning time he needs to be his best self. Westin needs more one on on attention during the week. We have been too reliant on TV to entertain him while we work. There are not openings in preschools near us so we need help. We need someone who can care for him in the mornings until 12 pm when he goes down for nap. Westin is so smart and will tell you nonverbally what he needs. He needs to be taught things while he is cared for and we would like to get him talking. Speech therapy has not helped much with this. We think he just needs more one on one time. This position would just require someone to work with him on speaking and learning, take him to library learning time on occasion and help him with potty training.
