** Overview**
**Volkswagen of Panama City** is part of fast growing *Group 1 Automotive*, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add qualified **Automotive** **Inventory Control Specialist** to our team.
**Some things about the position...**
* Take inventory and appraisal photos for website and Inventory Plus.
* Facilitate dealer trades with drivers.
* Park, rearrange, and move vehicles on the lot
* Assist the sales team with delivery of sold vehicles
* Maintains the overall appearance of new and used vehicles and may be responsible for cleaning the vehicles and monitoring all vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed.
* Drives vehicles to different areas of the dealership as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.
* Cleans driveway, sidewalks and other areas as directed by management.
* Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and organized as directed by management.
* Stock in vehicles arriving for the first time
* Ensure all cars get to designated service center for safety
* Ensure all vehicles are priced and stickered correctly
* Ensure all vehicles on lot have inspection reports
* Ensure Key Track Report is running
* Assist in data entry of vehicles into DMS
* All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
**You need...**
* **Must have one or more years dealership automotive vehicle inventory experience**.
* Ability to think critically and problem solve to arrange new & used cars on lot
* Very good with taking and uploading photos
* Tech and computer savvy.
* Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
* Work well with team and individually
* Good time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
