**Division Inventory Control Specialist**

**Located in Tulsa, OK /** *Hybrid work arrangment: Work in Office and from Home*

**What you will do:**

Division Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for performing procedures and providing assistance to the regions that will help ensure the accuracy of the divisions hardgoods and gas inventories throughout all regions. The Division Inventory Control Specialist will help drive accurate and timely inventory management and reporting. This position will also coordinate with regional inventory control personnel related to meeting established timelines and deadlines for inventory cycle counts for both hardgoods and gases, perform variance analyses and will determine and recommend corrective actions.

* Assist in cycle count processes at the regional company plants and branches for hardgoods and gases. Including but not limited to the reporting of, tracking and assisting with research that may include collaboration with other departments as well as the review and/or posting of cycle counts.

* R eview and approve inventory adjustments as a result of variances to physical counts compared to the perpetual inventory records in accordance with defined variance thresholds, assist plant and branch personnel to determine the root cause of inventory variances.

* Work with branches to assist with bolt-on programs/other inventory promotions, new product or other vendor/Radnor sponsored inventory programs as needed.

* Provide branch-based reporting to measure inventory turns, inactive inventory (Dead Stock), adjustments and other relevant metrics. Provide reporting and commentary to regional and divisional administration.

* Assist regions in establishing appropriate levels and set-up for JDA (purchasing program), including freezes/guarantees and Min/Max stocking levels to help ensure dynamic deployment and other automated inventory management systems are working adequately.

* Assist in the creation and maintaining of bulk purchase orders, return purchase orders as well as assisting in the research of any purchase order related issues. This may include the crossing of departmental boundaries.

* Assist the regional companies on the reporting, tracking and research of any manual or automated plant to plant Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).

* Assist in the validation and verification of inventories related to acquisitions.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* 1 - 3 years inventory management experience preferred. Industrial experience preferred.

* Computer skills including Google Suite and Excel. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems a plus.
