**Warehouse Coordinator**

**Purpose of the role**
In your role as Warehouse Coordinator you interact on daily basis with various departments in the company. You are responsible for all available stocks in the warehouse(es). The environment you are working in is a combination of warehouses, laboratories and public areas. The job is a mixture of physical activities and office tasks.

**Key result areas (major duties, accountabilities and responsibilities)**
* Responsible for purchasing goods (orders from P2P).
* Responsible for monitoring time lines for outstanding orders
* Responsible for receiving and distribution of incoming goods
* Responsible for internal orders (including distribution and administration)
* Ensure that orders are correctly processed with and according to the documentation.
* Keeps Exact up to date with respect to purchasing
* Responsible for the inventory and warehouse management
* Prepare GxP goods and associated documentation such as certificates for inspection and release.
* Supports QC, TS MF and R&D activities in accordance with GMP guidelines and SOPs
* Interacts with the QA department for initiation of PNS documents, timely release of materials
* Ensure that SOPs are present and followed up
* Responsible for inventory control
* Responsible for GMO waste
* Facilitates uniQures general operations
**Qualifications & Skills**
All-round Warehouse Coordinator with several years experience in a logistic/facilitating role and proven track record and accomplishments. Affinity with pharmaceutical environment and with gene therapy

* Pharma or Food Industry experience would be preferred
