About the Role

Are you skilled at leading a team to top performance? Do you enjoy building and maintaining client relationships? Lead the team in offering various innovative Drug solutions to Government clients.

Responsibilities
Formulating and administering company policies for compliance
Meeting P&L targets to deliver on revenue targets
Acting as a liaison between client internal teams
Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities by growing current business and identifying potential new sales and partnerships
Working on-site for client engagements to build trusted, collaborative relationships

Qualifications
Managed an organizational unit within a Medicaid Agency in a State or U.S. territory.
Valid MD Pharmacist license required (or ability to attain one within 6 months of starting the position).
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or ability to attain within one within 6 months of starting the position)
Have a min 3 years client-facing management experience providing services to large health care claims processing organizations
Demonstrate great problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement solutions
Strong knowledge of cost/benefit analysis and experience in P&L management
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
