- NY State License and Registration
- Physical Health exam results with PPD, MMR lab results
- Course Completion Certificate/Diploma
- BLS/CPR Card
- Voided Check/Direct deposit form for payroll
Starting rate for Skilled Nursing & Rehab:
- Registered Nurse - $38.00/hour
- Licensed Practical Nurse - $30.00/hour
- CNA - $16.00-17.00/hour
We conduct per appointment interviews every
