This is a non-exempt level position
**Position Summary:**
ADM Animal Nutrition, a division of Archer Daniels Midland Company, is an industry leader in the manufacture of extruded treats and foods for the companion animal market. We are seeking an Inventory/Administrative Clerk for the Kansas City, KS warehouse and production facility.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Process weekly orders from customers, print/sort order packet, distribute to operational leadership team, and scan/email order packets back to customers after shipment; Oracle entries for inventory, shipping, receiving and production
* Shared drive entries for inventory, shipping, receiving and production; Process weekly payroll (enter vacations, absences, missed punches, etc.)
* Monitor front door, signing in of guests, and checking in drivers for pickups, as well as additional admin tasks including: BOL tracking information and creation for BOL shipping, processing of POs for the location, printing batch information and distributing to leadership, and scanning documents into shared drive for archiving purposes.
**Job Requirements:**
* High school diploma or GED with at least 2-3 years of prior relevant office experience
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency in addressing issues
* Strong verbal and written communication skills!
* Proven Microsoft Office skills prior Oracle experience highly preferred!
Relocation is not available with this position.
