What are we looking for in our Procurement Analyst-IC3?
Our client, a global Software company based in TX is seeking a Procurement Analyst on a 100% Remote basis.
Contract (W2 Non-Exempt)
Pay: $35-$40/hr. DOE
100% Remote
Duties:
- Purchasing support of Client field marketing team which includes procuring goods and services for: sponsorships, trade shows, consulting services, subscription and license-based software, event logistics vendors, hotel and catering contracts.
- Review and negotiate contracts and work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to procure services and goods.
- Work in PR system to ensure PO setup accuracy, track and manage PR's through the purchasing cycle which may include New vendor on-boarding, legal review, strategic sourcing involvement.
- Work closely with finance organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and become key contact for internal business owners to procure goods and input PR's in a timely fashion.
- Support Lead Sr. Buyers with purchase requests.
- Support of other departments within Client, as required.
- Develop Scopes of Work and Contract Service Agreements, when possible, for vendor compliance to Client Terms & Conditions.
- Work in a collaborative team environment to support Client procurement process.
- Manage and work with key vendors for long-term contracting, pricing & SLA s.
- Project manage new vendor on-boarding process.
- Coordinate cross-department tasks to push purchase requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure PO s are compliant with Client procedures & policies.
- Manage contracts and documentation to support purchase requests.
- Route contracts for signatures.
- Educate and train end users on procurement process.
- Run detailed monthly reports for business owners.
- Special projects as they occur.
- Process improvement change management.
Education:
- University Degree preferred.
