**LOCATION**

This position is located in Bellevue, Washington, under a hybrid work model. Local candidates only, please.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

You will be part of a team that owns subscription and support renewal sales in the Americas. You will be responsible for achieving assigned renewals goals and targets, queue management, proactive channel partner and customer renewals notifications and follow-up, renewal sales and reducing customer churn. Over time, it is expected that this role will also become involved in the global support renewal process.

* Proactively generate support renewal lists for partners and facilitate quotes.

* Follow-up with partners on a regular basis to ensure support renewals are maximized.

* Manage customer and partner support renewals sales queues, answer customer and partner questions and facilitate orders in a timely manner. It is expected that sales queues will be processed daily.

* Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through the renewals process and engage inside sales to maximize the revenue opportunity.

* Utilize Seagulls specific sales process to track all assigned opportunities. Track and manage all opportunities through Dynamics CRM per Seagull requirements.

* Comply with subscription and support sales processes.

* Promptly process phone, email, web form and web chat inquiries.

* Participate in the expired renewals sales process to reduce churn and increase sales.

* Discuss activities, opportunities and issues with an immediate supervisor on a daily or as needed basis.

* Participate in a formal monthly support renewals review.

**WHAT WE REQUIRE**

* 1-2 years customer service and sales experience, preferably with a support renewals focus

* Experience communicating with customers and partners via email, phone and chat.

* Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills. A second language would be ideal.

* Good organizational habits and demonstrated attention to detail.

* Positive, team-oriented attitude.

* Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and execute, well organized, self-directed and be able to manage ones time.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* Must be familiar with queue management and processing all queue items daily.

* Experience with CRM applications and quote generation software.

* Familiarity with channel sales, value added sales and/or distribution channels.

* Experience in inside sales and familiarity with the concept of broadline distribution and their requirements.

* Bachelors degree in sales, business, marketing, or similar field and/or relevant experience.

* Proficiency in foreign language a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German).

**TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT**

* This is a full-time position with benefits.
