**WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS**
* Responsible for managing store operations.
* Responsible for restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, image management, and understanding of Pizza Luces culture.
* Supervise, coach, develop, and empower 70+ staff to provide best-in-class delivery and curbside service to guests.
* Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to employees and guests.
* Ability to work late nights and weekends.
* In absence of the General Manager, RM performs all managerial duties.
* Report to the General Manager.
**WHAT YOU OFFER US**
* 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30+ staff in a high-volume, curbside, pickup, and delivery operation.
* Adept at delivering excellence in a fast-paced/demanding business.
* Proven staff management skills including developing strong hourly and supervisory staff to be successful in multiple roles and for advancement within the company.
* Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive work experience for our staff.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Experience in full-service dining is strongly preferred.
